A 42 year old San Antonio physician Dr Lloyd I Ross is charged with killing Willard York 36 and three York family members on a Comal county lane. Sheriff Scholl said Ross remained cool and talkative in jail and had little written statement. Ann York 13 survived after escaping to a farm house and calling police. Police found a gun in Ross car four hours after the killings. York had prior SEC action accusing him of insolvent operations and misusing customer securities. Ross had filed suit claiming York owed him securities totaling 80279 dollars with securities allegedly used to secure about 41000 dollars debt.
