A coroner's jury absolved Ford Dimmick 34 of Lava Hot Springs Idaho of fault in the deaths of two 16 year old CCC youths Roy S Witt of Kentucky and Harold E Naz elrod of West Virginia struck on a highway south of Farson Last Friday night. Maj. Andrew Duncan 22 a South African air force squadron leader and son of Sir Patrick Duncan governor general of the Union of South Africa is reported missing after an engagement with enemy fighters over Be Adem 15 miles south of Tobruk on May 31.
