Downtown speed cut to 15 miles an hour districtwide
The city council passed an amendment lowering speed limits in the congested business district from twenty to fifteen mph between intersections and from twelve to eight mph over intersections. Chief Lehrbas says the rule will reduce collisions. One dissenting vote from Councilman Sam Cox.

Marriage licenses were issued Friday at the county clerk’s office to Frank M. Houston of Twin Falls and Grace Irene Hianen of Potwin Kansas and to Percy J. Tyron of Poteetio and Irene K.
