Ground was broken this morning for a 30 by 80 foot business block with full basement on East Center street adjoining the alley between North Second and Third avenues. The Blyth & Fargo company will occupy the structure as a grocery store under a five year lease. Construction will be rushed and the walls are built to support an additional story.
