Boise July 18 A supreme court test is required before the state can finalize the Twin Falls Jerome intercounty bridge purchase and end tolls totaling 75000 annually. Governor Bortolfsen said the court would take original jurisdiction to determine constitutionality of the act with purchase funds set at 482000 in treasury notes.
