Western road accepts terms for purchase of D and S
The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad filed with the Interstate Commerce Commission to buy the Denver and Salt Lake with conditions. Salt Lake to spend up to 1.25 million for improvements including passing tracks and heavier rails.
