RIGGINS July 13 Eight hardy adventurers plan next year to finish their Salmon river journey to the Pacific. This year's trip ran 235 miles from Bear creek head to Riggins in 15 days, with 500 more miles to the ocean. Dr. R G Frazier of Bingham Utah called the trek the roughest boat ride yet thrilling throughout.
