Truck Driver Gets One Year For Slaying Hitchhiker
C. H. Chealey a 33 year old Salt Lake City truck driver was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Harlan Kofoed 18 of Weston Tennessee. He received one year in the county jail four months of the sentence suspended and a motion for a new trial was denied. Kofoed was hitchhiking home from California when his truck overturned south of here.

Two Die In Wyoming Car Truck Collision
