George L. Brunn of St. Maries Idaho died trying to save Dolly Mc Kinley 9 from drowning May 26 1917. He was honored today by the Carnegie hero fund commission with a silver medal and pension for his wife and three children, part of twenty six awards at the fourteenth annual meeting. A grant of seventy dollars a month was also given to the widow and three children under 16 until further notice.
