Cincinnati dispatch reports Charls Bischoff, 45, a shoemaker, confessed to abducting six year old Marian McLean and killing her after luring her from her home December 17. Marian’s body was found December 22 in Bischoff’s basement. Prosecutor Robert N. Gorman said a first degree serious crime indictment will name Bischoff, replacing a prior John Doe indictment. Deputies and detectives pursued the case as Bischoff described the events and reported the discovery.
