London jan 4 Allied negotiators push to obtain Adrianople and Aegean lands from the Ottoman delegation. Balkan representatives weigh Turkish reply as European ambassadors resume talks. If the Turks reject acceptable terms the allies threaten to break off negotiations and resume war.
The Turkish council of ministers sent fresh instructions to the Ottoman delegation at the London peace conference this afternoon. They were ordered to rerun the ultimatum of the Balkan allies.
Chicago police hunt four automobile bandits who looted a north side jewelry store of 1200 dollars in diamonds then fought two revolver battles with officers on the principal street. Patrolman Stricken, shot and beaten while trying to stop them, is in serious condition. Two suspects have been arrested.
