Train Collision Kills 70 in German Station
Two passenger trains carrying Christmas travelers collided at Genthin station near Berlin. A Berlin Neukirchen express struck a Berlin Cologne train at unscheduled halt, killing 70 and wounding about 100. The wreck left six cars derailed on one train and four on the other.
