Boise dispatch reports the Idaho State Prison Board debated whether Warden George Rudd erred in lenient policies toward inmates including Lyda Southard. The vote on his fate was postponed to this afternoon after hours of discussion chiefly between Attorney General Miller and Secretary of State Girard.

Arthur H. Miller 29 is recovering from a knife wound as two men and two women are in custody after a stabbing at a Twin Falls tourist park. Allison Roscoe 22 Mrs Mary Warrington Mrs Gladys Barber and John Bohrn 22 of Filer were arrested after a midnight fracas following a gas theft complaint. Roscoe allegedly struck Miller with a knife.
