Foam extinguishes oil fires and new towers built for India
An experimental foam blanket used to fight crude oil fires can halt flames in 90 seconds with 90 gallons of foam. The foam, injected gas via a fine mix, bubbles and smothers the fire. A new 2.5 mile long elevated line operates to flash messages to India and Afghanistan.
