Pullos filed in fifth district court to evict Robert T. Jackson and Wanda Jackson from the Shamrock club south of Pocatello on highway 91. The complaint says the owners failed to pay real property taxes and allowed liens after a June 7 1949 agreement to purchase. It seeks forfeiture of contract quieting title restitution of lands and premises and 125 dollars rent. Louis Racine represents the plaintiff.
