In early morning hours at the University of Idaho Southern Branch in Frazer hall two or more men tied the night watchman G L Gregerson to a chair and attempted to blow the vault with dynamite. The blast failed to damage the vault and the robbers left behind tools and footprints. The 1932 prior attempt yielded $300 in cash and checks. today’s haul was minimal.

He admitted the shot on Mueller was accidental and that the group planned to share the money.
