American Troops to Fight Beside French and British in France

American forces are being redirected to join Allied troops in France. Reports indicate U.S. soldiers will soon fight alongside French and British units in northern Picardy as trains and convoys move men toward the front. Mrs Mooney Released on Bail in Arson Case

San Francisco April 1 Mrs Aan Mooney released on bail 7500 on each of two murder charges connected with a preparedness parade bomb explosion. She had been in jail since July 27 1916 and was previously acquitted of one count. Judge Frank Dunne granted the bail citing a similar decision in related murder cases.
