A ECA official said 32 investment guaranties are being negotiated for U S business in Europe in industry and informational media. Breakdown includes six UK projects around 4 million dollars and three France projects around 4 million. One motion picture guaranty for Germany valued about 230 thousand dollars and an industrial guaranty for Britain near 1 million dollars.
