The Barnard Small House Plan for Narrow Lots
The Barnard packs livable space into a 24 by 36 foot plan with 838 square feet on the ground and 16 508 cubic feet of volume. It features a living room with corner windows and exterior fireplace, a vestibule entry, linen and clothes storage, two bedrooms, a grade entry with coat closet, full basement access, and a U shaped kitchen with ample dining area. Construction uses frame with siding and asphalt shingles, or substitute concrete block, and is offered by the Small House Planning Bureau of St Cloud Minnesota.
