Rev Dr Bain will be in Pioche on Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th, preaching at 7 30 each evening. All are invited and singers are urged to attend and help with the worship.
A large Pioche crowd gathered for a Republican rally featuring Hon. T. J. Osborne and Senator J. D. Campbell who condemned local indebtedness and defended county progress. Judge H. S. Laney and others spoke on debt, governance, and the 1906 election as a grand ball followed, ending in a festive night.
Report from Pioche Primary and Proche Grammar Schools for October 1906 shows percentages of attendance around 96 with named students listed as never absent or tardy. Also includes remarks on H W Turner for Lincoln County office and local social news about residents Fred Arbogast Mrs J G Brown and others visiting Salt Lake City.

Speakers praised child labor laws mining law changes road improvements and county seat relocation while inviting voters to back listed candidates. The event ended in dancing and lingering remarks as music by Quackenbush Campbell Wheeler played on. Wil McNeal, son of Frank McNeal, is seriously ill.
Proceedings announce open allotments within the Walker River Indian Reservation Nevada not yet allotted or reserved for agency school cemetery and church purposes will be opened to settlement at noon Pacific Standard Time on October 29 1906 following prior Acts and a treaty agreement. Theodore Roosevelt signs the proclamation with Acting Secretary of State. The notice ends with a parable about a German father testing his son using whisky a Bible and a silver dollar.
