Comet District Mining Suit Ends After Surety Withdrawal
A suit filed by Dr. T. O. Duckworth to stop C. K. Moulton and others from shipping ore from the Thanksgiving and other lode claims in the Comet district ended when Judge Horsey dissolved the injunction after Elliott Larson and J. A. Nesbitt withdrew as sureties. Later Nesbitt rejoined as bondsman with Delmue and a second injunction was granted, returnable yesterday. ore moved to Newman's ranch and then shipped to Salt Lake smelters before final court action.
