Nevada Legislature Endorses Scott Amendment on Divorce Law
Both Nevada Senate and Assembly passed Senator A L Scott of Lincoln County proposed changes to the state divorce law. The bill adds that a party must have resided in Nevada at least 17 months before filing. The measure allows action to proceed where defendants are domiciled in the county of filing.
