The Territorial fair drill contest offers double handed prizes for best and second place with silver medals, plus single handed prizes including a silver medal and flint prize. Entries must be filed five days before the tourney start. up to three teams per mining district and alternates may enter. The event begins Sept 12 at 2 pm with rules on drills, weights, and procedures set by the drilling committee.
