Bids for lumber to be used in sidewalks and sewer work were opened at the City Clerk's office. Lomen Commercial Company Lum ber Company and B J McConaghy each bid 55.00 per thousand feet with a yard price of 50.00. The three bids were identical so the project will be distributed equally among the three Nome businesses.
