Teuton Reinforcements Reported For Bagdad Defense

London reports say Russian and British forces meet lower Mesopotamia, prompting Germany to rush 4000 seasoned troops and large war materiel to reinforce the Turkish defense of Bagdad. General Funston seeks full coast artillery for border service

General Funston asked the war department to deploy all available troops including the entire coast artillery for border duty.
