Carlson In Jail For Assault With Deadly Weapon

Carlson Lehmann of Nome is jailed awaiting arraignment after an alleged early morning fracas at Lehmann's store. Sahlin was struck with a blunt axe as he tried to take a revolver from Carlson's home. Police report a heated exchange arose when Sahlin visited to recover the gun, leading to injuries and further confrontation.
