El Paso May 15 A P A Service reports Carranza authorities at Juarez are conducting mass executions of deported Mexicans who urged countrymen to violence against the United States and Carranza government. More than half of 73 deported Mexicans are said to have been executed after arrest and turnover to Carranza officials.
