International News Service reports Allied French and English forces have captured over one hundred square miles between Arras and Alsace, lifting total gains to more than one thousand square miles since last July. Bapaume Perrone Combles now in Allied hands as heavy artillery and air actions continue. Enemy resistance remains stiff with larger guns in use and air duels resulting in German losses.
