Berlin reports a three day tally of ships sunk by submarine attacks in the Atlantic and Mediterranean, with a claimed total of 204,000 tons. New York notes such totals may be overstated as no corroborating losses are shown in other dispatches. London reports the gravest Irish affairs crisis since the Dublin rebellion with Home Rule discussions in the House of Commons.
