Albert H. Fish, 66, slayer of Grace Budd, was electrocuted in Sing Sing Prison. He was convicted of strangling and hacking to death the ten year old girl eight years ago at a Westchester cottage. John Smith, 41, a one legged Negro, went to the chair before Fish for shooting and killing a man during a quarrel.
