Port Orchard December 24 Judge H G Sutton refused a new trial and sentenced Leo Hall to hang in the State prison in not less than thirty nor more than ninety days for the Erlands Point mass murders of spring 1934. The defense gave notice of appeal with sentence. Mrs Peggy Peterson Paulos was acquitted as a co defendant. In Seattle she filed suit to annul her marriage.
