Taft names Alaska railroad commission members

President Taft announced the Alaska railroad commission lineup. Major Jay J. Morrow chairs the board, Alfred H. Brooks of the Geological Survey is vice chairman, Colin McCrea Ingerson is the civilian member, Leonard M. Cox Navy engineer, and Charles Willen is secretary. The panel convenes in Washington Tuesday before traveling to Seattle for the first formal meeting and route investigations for a government owned rail line.
