EW Orleans Aug 31 Americans secure control of Mexico National Railroads by purchasing Diaz stock. The deal shifts ownership away from Mexican hands with hints the price nears the million mark. Nine men recently arrested on charges of conspiracy to defeat or obstruct the administration were arraigned in U S Commissioner court.
