Seattle, Aug 7. Jacob R. Ummel, Interior Department agent, has prepared 200 tons of flour and canned meat for hungry Eskimos along the Arctic coast. Supplies may leave Sunday on the Steamer Yukon or Aug 15 on the S S Derblay.
