Governor Clark Visited Kodiak in Royal Reception
Governor Clark and Mrs Clark arrived in Kodiak aboard the Rush after a foggy delay. A reception for Mrs Clark honored guests at Mrs Goss's home featured remarks on local school desk needs, paint, and improvements. The party then boarded the Bush's launch to rejoin the steamer, receiving a Chautauqua salute as they departed.
