Fourth of July Picnic on Kodiak to Gibson Bay
Readers recall a Fourth of July outing with the C P Dews club. The day featured boats decorated with flags, a Kodiak stop, a picnic moved by insect bites, a breeze crossing bluff climes, and a whale sighting. Willie Robertson won a candy string race, while Mike misplaced then found his watch. Miss Johnson suffered a bad bite. Mrs Learn and Bessie Patchell missed the celebration due to illness.
