Flooding hits Grafton merchant after heavy rains
Frank Sandor owner of the International Bazaar on Main Street says his shop has flooded six times this summer as water pours in from runoff from Boyd Street. City crews added a six inch pipe but Sandor reports little help. He closed the store and awaits a solution as inspections continue.
