Forgery Ring Suspected After Anaconda Arrest
Anaconda Sept 29 Special W F Martin arrested on drunken driving charges revealed a broader forgery plot. County Attorney Roy Michaud says nearly $2000 in forged Chicago Burlington & Quincy relief checks were found on Martin, likely stolen from Chicago offices.
