Jennifer Lynch, a Butte teacher and daughter of late legislator J D Lynch, was nominated by the Butte-Silver Bow Democratic Central Committee to run for Montana House District 73 after Art Noonan’s death. Lynch will face Republican Jason Freeman with ballots reprinted and absentee ballots mailing Oct. 14.

Glacier National Park to phase out aerial tours by 2029
