Hunters Found After Lost Big Game Search Near Frogpond
Two 18 year old Anaconda youths Roger Anderson and Ray Wandler were missing since Monday while hunting in Frogpond west of Moose Lake. They were found Wednesday afternoon on the East Fork of the Bitterroot River in Ravalli County by a radio equipped patrol car near the ranger station. They were taken via Hamilton toward Anaconda in good condition after more than 48 hours exposed to sub freezing temperatures at about 8000 feet.
