Balensky convicted of raping girl carries 100 year term
Jurors found Gordon Duane Balensky guilty of raping a young girl in Butte with a mandatory 100 year sentence in Montana for the first charge. He was acquitted of groping a younger girl and also found guilty of tampering with evidence for deleting videos, carrying up to 10 years. Judge Krueger will set sentencing date later.
