A Whitehall man died Tuesday when his car collided head on with an empty tractor trailer hooked to a livestock truck on U S Highway 10 three miles east of Whitehall. The victim’s name was withheld pending relatives notification.

MISSOULA AP Ground searchers on horseback returned to Seeley Lake Tuesday for an unsuccessful hunt of two men missing since Sunday after a fishing trip to Grey Wolf Lake.
