The United States filed two federal suits seeking 414.40 from Stevensville wheat grower Lake Pfau and 88.25 from Sanders County barley grower J E Tompkins. Pfau allegedly harvested 555 bushels beyond his permit with 621.60 claimed overall penalty. Fehrenkamp has paid 207.20. Armed Services Test Applicants in Butte and Enlistments

Woman Hurt in Fall From Car Treated and Released
Myrtle Foster 34 of 237 Colorado was treated and released from St. James Hospital Wednesday morning after a fall from a moving car near Meaderville.
