Two Drownings in Tahoe Canoe Accident
Lola Jean Tuff five year old daughter of Robert Tuff formerly with the Chicago Radio RCA offices and Chester Harvey twenty four were drowned at Lake Tahoe when a canoe they rode in capsized. Mrs Dorothy Johnson of Reno and Tuff escaped but could not explain the cause. The Tuff girl’s body drifted ashore and Harvey’s body was recovered after midnight from eight feet of water.
