Montana will receive priority for grain boxcars as elevators in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon begin to move grain. Northern Pacific official H. H. Gas Tank Explosion Burns 12 Miners at Mine Site
A flaming power shovel gas tank exploded on a strip mine project near Punxsutawney Pennsylvania on Friday injuring 12 miners. They were using fire extinguishing bombs when the blaze flared, some victims 200 feet away. The incident followed a burn by gasoline and oil feeding flames.
