Thomas Eerl Fox, a 33 year old Arkansas man, was bound over to district court Friday for burglary trial. Justice of the Peace J J McNamara ordered the case sent to the higher court. Fox is accused of stealing clothing and suitcases from Tom Doren's room in the Lincoln hotel. He was arrested June 27 while on parole from Montana state penitentiary, where he served a two year burglary sentence in Libby. County Attorney James D Freebourn said Fox is held in Silver Bow county jail.

Carl Verling twelve year old son of Mr and Mrs Carl Verling former Butte residents was killed Thursday in Coulee City Washington authorities reported the boy suffered a broken neck in a gravel pit accident. He is survived by his parents two brothers a sister and his grandmother Mrs Emma C Verling of 1911 Massachusetts along with several uncles and aunts in Butte.
