Treasury reports improved tax collections ratio for two months

Searchers worked on three theories in the hunt for 12 year old Joe Hipp who vanished Sunday between Storm and Silver lakes. He may have left the woods to hitchhike west on a train or found refuge near the woods or possibly be dead.
