Elliston Baby Dies While Being Rushed to Helena Hospital
A six month old girl, Carrie Elouise Thomas of Elliston, suffocated while being taken to a Helena hospital. Sheriff Coroner Dave Middlemas said the parents fed the infant at noon and found her unresponsive about two hours later. Doctors pronounced her dead on arrival.
