William Healy a 30 year old Butte barber suffered broken ribs after being thrown through the rear window of his car when it missed a curve near the Nine Mile on U S Highway 10 early Sunday. Healy of 3041 Floral was reported resting well in Community Memorial Hospital Sunday night. He was driving toward Butte at about 2 45 a m when his car plunged into the creek and water separated the opposing bank, and came to rest on its side in the creek.
