Butte to host Wall That Heals memorial exhibit
Butte will be the only city in an eight state region to display the Wall That Heals, a three quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. From Aug 28 to Sept 1, the 7.5 foot high, 375 foot long exhibit will in Father Sheehan Park honor 58,281 fallen service members, including 267Montana residents. The display has traveled to over 700 communities since 1996, with Butte one of 33 U.S. sites this year.
